Small group is the most accessible way to train at Studio ME. Sessions are coach-led: not self-directed, not a random WOD. Just real strength programming with a coach who can correct your form and scale your workout on the fly.

It's a natural starting point if you're new to strength training or want to get comfortable with the studio before stepping into semi-private. Many of our members started in small group and never looked back. Many others graduated into semi-private once they were ready for more individualized programming.

Coach-led, group programmed

Each session is built by a coach: proper warm-up, real strength work, a real finisher. Not a randomized bootcamp.

Set weekly schedule

Show up at the same times each week. Predictable schedule = consistent results.

A great way to start

New to strength training? Small group is the lowest-friction way to learn the basics with a coach watching.

Most accessible option

Less personalized than semi-private, but a fraction of the cost and an entry point into the Studio ME community.

How many people are in a small group session?

Up to 15 members per coach. Coach-led with real form corrections and on-the-fly scaling, just like our smaller formats.

Is this like a CrossFit class?

No. Small group at Studio ME is strength-focused: barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell work, with real progression. We are not chasing intensity for its own sake.

Can I move from small group into semi-private later?

Absolutely, many members do. Small group is often where people start while they figure out their schedule and goals.
