Private Training

The most personal way to train.

A coach, a program, and a schedule built entirely around you. Private training at Studio ME is where we work with the most complex cases and the most ambitious goals.

When 1-on-1 is the right call.

Most members at Studio ME train semi-private. It's the sweet spot of personalization and value. But for some, the right answer is full one-on-one coaching. Your case is complex, your time is tight, or you want every rep watched.

Private training is also where we onboard members with significant injury history, post-surgical clients, and athletes preparing for specific events. The undivided attention isn't a luxury. It's the safest, fastest path to your goal.

Ideal for

  • Athletes preparing for a specific event or season
  • Members recovering from injury or surgery
  • New parents returning to training thoughtfully
  • Anyone who values discretion and undivided focus
  • Executives with unpredictable schedules

What every private client gets.

One coach, undivided

Your coach is yours for the full session: eyes on every rep, real-time cueing, programming written for you alone.

Programming around you

Your training plan is rewritten as you progress. Injuries, schedule changes, plateaus. All accounted for.

Schedule on your terms

Early-morning, mid-day, evening. Move sessions as life moves. We work around you, not the other way around.

Built for complex cases

Recovering from surgery? Returning post-partum? Chronic pain? Private training is where we go deepest.

Megan and the coaches at Studio ME truly care. I came in with a bad back and now I'm deadlifting more than I did in my twenties. They meet you where you are.

Private training FAQ

Still have a question? Reach out. We usually reply the same day.

How long is a private training session?

Sessions are 60 minutes. That gives us time for a proper warm-up, the main work, and a deliberate cool-down. Programming runs longer than a class because attention is fully on you.

How often should I train?

Most private clients train 2–4 times per week. We will recommend a frequency based on your goals, recovery capacity, and schedule during your strategy session.

Can I split between private and semi-private?

Yes, many members do. Heavy lifts or complex skill work as a private session, plus semi-private days to keep frequency and cost balanced.

Is private training worth the cost?

If your case is complex, your time is scarce, or you want the fastest progress possible, then yes. If you are happy with shared coaching, semi-private is the smarter spend.
