Semi-private training keeps everything that matters about 1-on-1 coaching: personalized programs, attentive coaching, real progression. You trade a little undivided time for a lower cost and a community you didn't expect to care about.

It's not a class. Nobody is "leading" you through a workout. You show up, your coach has your program ready, and they cue you through each lift in between checking on your partners. A small group of you train shoulder-to-shoulder, each on something different, all coached by someone who knows you.

How is semi-private different from a class?

In a class, everyone follows the same workout. In semi-private, every person has their own program designed for their goals and body. The coach moves between you, cueing each person individually. It is personal training that happens to share a floor.

Who will I train with?

We assign training pods based on schedule fit, experience level, and personality fit where possible. Many members end up training with the same one or two people for years. It becomes its own little community.

Is semi-private cheaper than private?

Yes, significantly. You get the same expert coaching at a lower per-session cost because the time is shared. For most members, semi-private is the smart spend.

What if I want some sessions 1-on-1?

Hybrid plans are common. A weekly private session for complex work plus semi-private days for volume is a strong setup.
