Personal training, shared floor.
Up to 6 members per coach, each on their own custom program. The most popular way to train at Studio ME, and the smartest spend for most people.
Why most of our members train this way.
Semi-private training keeps everything that matters about 1-on-1 coaching: personalized programs, attentive coaching, real progression. You trade a little undivided time for a lower cost and a community you didn't expect to care about.
It's not a class. Nobody is "leading" you through a workout. You show up, your coach has your program ready, and they cue you through each lift in between checking on your partners. A small group of you train shoulder-to-shoulder, each on something different, all coached by someone who knows you.
Members tell us it's the social pull that gets them through the door on cold Minneapolis mornings, and the coaching that keeps them progressing year after year.
What members get in semi-private.
Up to 6 per coach
Small enough that everyone gets coached. Affordable enough that it beats 1-on-1 by a wide margin.
Your own program
Every person is on their own custom program. You're not all doing the same workout. You're just training together.
Same time, same coach
Most members book a recurring time. Consistency builds momentum, and your coach knows exactly where you left off.
The sweet spot
Personalized coaching, real community, and the best long-term value at Studio ME. The vast majority of members train this way.
A community of people who train smart.
Megan and the coaches at Studio ME truly care. I came in with a bad back and now I'm deadlifting more than I did in my twenties. They meet you where you are.
Best decision I've made for my health. Personalized coaching, real community. I look forward to every session.
Megan is incredibly knowledgeable. Programs are smart, the space is welcoming, and the team genuinely invests in your progress.
