    Strategy Session

    A 20-minute conversation about your goals, history, and what you want from training. No pressure, no pitch. Just a clear picture of where to start.

    Movement Assessment

    A coach runs you through a Kinotek movement assessment to find limitations, asymmetries, and capacity. Your program is built from what it finds, and it keeps updating as you improve.

    Custom Roadmap

    You get a programmed first 30 days tracked in Semi Private Pro, our in-studio platform. Your coach manages every progression, so their focus stays on coaching you, not paperwork.

Early-morning, mid-day, and evening slots. Sessions are 45 minutes, built for people with jobs and families.

The founder

Megan built Studio ME because she needed it too.

Megan Cooper opened Studio ME in 2014 after years at the National Marrow Donor Program, and watching what fitness, or the absence of it, did to the people around her. When her older sister was diagnosed with stage IV cancer at 26, Megan's daily training became her anchor.

That experience shaped the studio. Strength isn't a vanity project here. It's how you stay in your own life: energetic, capable, present for the people who need you.

Megan's team coaches every member personally. No commission-chasing, no upsell scripts, no big-box churn. Just smart programming, careful coaching, and a community that actually knows your name.

Where is Studio ME Fitness located?

We are at 305 1st Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413, in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District, just over the river from downtown. Free street parking is available, and we are an easy drive from St. Anthony, Marcy-Holmes, Sheridan, Bottineau, and the surrounding NE neighborhoods.

Do I need any experience to train at Studio ME?

No. Every member starts with a movement assessment and a custom roadmap. We coach total beginners, lifelong athletes, and everyone in between. Programming is built around your body and goals, not a one-size-fits-all class.

What does training cost?

Pricing depends on training type and frequency. Semi-private training is our most popular option and is significantly more affordable than 1-on-1 personal training while still being fully personalized. We share full pricing during your free strategy session so we can recommend the package that fits your goals.

What is the difference between private and semi-private training?

Private training is one-on-one with a coach: full undivided attention, ideal for working around injuries or chasing specific performance goals. Semi-private means up to 6 people train at the same time, each on their own program, with one coach. You get personalized coaching and shared energy at a lower per-session cost.

Do you have on-site physical therapy?

Yes. Dr. Logan Kovacs of Motion Forward Physical Therapy is our on-site recovery partner. She works alongside our coaches so rehab and training stay coordinated. PT services are booked directly with Motion Forward, and Studio ME members can ask their coach for a referral anytime.

What is a strategy session?

A free 20-minute conversation, in person or by phone, where we listen to your goals, your history, and what you want from training. No sales script. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
