Our approach

The ME Method.
Strength built to last.

The personal training system behind every program at Studio ME: a structured, 12-week cycle for busy professionals 35 and up who want to keep getting stronger, without breaking down.

12-week repeating cycleMovement assessment firstRuns every programProgress that compoundsCoached, never random

For busy professionals who do not settle for the status quo, and want more out of life.

Most programs push harder until something gives. The ME Method builds smarter, so you are stronger at 55 than you were at 40.

Sound familiar?

You have tried training before. Here is why it did not stick.

Most fitness options fail busy professionals the same way. It is not a motivation problem. It is a system problem.

The programming was random
No structure, no progression. Just workouts that felt hard but were not building toward anything. Hard is not the same as effective.
Your body was ignored
Everyone did the same workout regardless of injury history, movement limitations, or goals. That is instruction, not coaching.
Progress hit a wall
No feedback loop. No data. No adjustment. You plateaued and nobody had an answer for why, or what to do about it.
You kept starting over
When life got busy, the gym was the first thing to go. No accountability built into the structure. Consistency left to motivation alone never lasts.
The ME Method

A 12-week cycle that never lets you plateau.

Every quarter follows the same four-phase structure. Each phase prepares your body for the next. No randomness. No wasted weeks. A system that keeps compounding.

Phase 1
Integration
Mobility, full-body movement, endurance foundation. Most gyms skip this entirely. That is why people get hurt.
Phase 2
Hypertrophy
Volume up, tempo slows. Building the tissue that handles heavier load in Phase 3. Skip this and strength gains are short-lived.
Phase 3
Strength
Load increases, reps decrease. This is where Phases 1 and 2 pay off. Real strength, earned in sequence.
Phase 4
Performance
Quarterly challenge, baseline tests, Kinotek movement scans. Proves what you have built. Directly informs what comes next.

The Performance phase is what makes this a mechanism, not just periodization. The data from week 12 directly builds week 1 of the next cycle. It does not reset, it compounds. That is why our members who have been here three years are still getting stronger.

Built on three pillars

Movement quality. Progressive strength. Recovery that keeps you training.

01
Movement Quality
Before we add weight, we earn the right to. We assess your movement using Kinotek, real-time analysis that feeds directly into your program. Not a one-time screen. An ongoing feedback loop that keeps your training honest.
02
Progressive Strength
Strength is built by giving the body slightly more than it can handle, then recovering, then doing it again. We map that progression session by session. Plateaus are not a mystery. They are a planning failure, and they are avoidable.
03
Recovery Integration
The hardest part of training is not the training. It is the rest. Our programming respects sleep, soreness, and life. And when something goes sideways, Dr. Logan is on-site to assess and coordinate with your coach so training does not stop.

Real results

This is who the ME Method was built for.

Not athletes. Not people with hours to spare. Busy professionals 35 and up who needed a system that worked with their lives, and their bodies.

Rochelle · 53 · Attorney
Reversed her osteoporosis.
Doctors did not do it. A pill did not do it. Progressive strength training did, because her program was built for her body, not a class.
Amy · 63 · Professional
Told to stop working out. Now the strongest she has ever been.
Managing arthritis through movement instead of avoiding it. Her win is not a PR. It is carrying groceries without pain.
Hazel · 30 · Former Powerlifter
Stronger in 3 hours a week than she was at 10.
Won the 2025 Mighty ME Powerlifting Competition. The ME Method does not reward volume. It rewards smart progression.
Ben · 64 · Attorney
Post back surgery to running half marathons.
Most mobile and strongest of his life. What changed was not effort. It was a system designed to build him up, not break him down.
The part that does not fit in a marketing video

A method is only as good as the coaching behind it.

A movement assessment by itself is just data. A custom program by itself is just paper. The ME Method works because every session is run by a coach who has your full history in front of them and their attention entirely on you.

The coach who notices your left shoulder is moving differently than last week. The coach who knows you skipped two sessions for a work trip and adjusts. The coach who calls a deload day before you ask for one.

That is not a system. That is a relationship. The system makes the relationship possible.

Getting started

Three steps to your first real program.

1
Book a studio tour, about an hour
We show you around, you meet a coach, and we talk through your goals and history. We want to make sure we are the right fit, and that you are right for us.
2
Movement assessment, your program starts here
A coach runs you through a Kinotek movement assessment to find limitations, asymmetries, and capacity. Your program is built from what it reveals, and keeps updating as you improve.
3
Start training, on your own program
Whether you train privately, semi-privately, or in small group, the ME Method drives every session. The format changes. The approach does not.

Love it or leave it. No fees, no fine print.

Attend 8 sessions in your first four weeks. Take one additional group class. Respond to your two-week check-in. If you are not completely satisfied, we cancel your contract. Zero fees. No questions.

We are that confident in what we have built.

Common questions

How the ME Method works

Still have a question? Reach out. We usually reply the same day.

Does the ME Method apply to every program at Studio ME?

The ME Method is the personal training system behind everything we do. Whether you train privately, in semi-private sessions, or in small group, the ME Method principles drive how we program: movement quality first, progressive loading, and recovery that keeps you training long-term.

What is a Kinotek movement assessment?

Kinotek is a real-time movement analysis tool. A coach guides you through a series of movements and the system maps your mobility, stability, and movement patterns. We use the data to build your program, and it keeps updating as your body improves. It is not a one-time screen. It is an ongoing feedback loop.

How long before I see results?

Most members feel meaningfully stronger within 60 to 90 days. Week one is easier than you expect, which means week twelve is harder than you thought possible. By year two, most members are stronger than they have ever been.

What if I have an injury or movement limitation?

The Kinotek assessment is specifically designed to surface this. We do not load patterns your body is not ready for. For active injuries or post-surgical recovery, Dr. Logan, our on-site Recovery Partner and Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, works directly with your coach to keep training on track.

Do I need experience to start?

No. The ME Method starts with a movement assessment, not an assumed baseline. Whether you have trained for years or are starting from scratch, the first step is the same: a studio tour and a conversation.

What if I do not want to hit new PRs, I just want to feel good?

That is a completely valid goal and the ME Method is built for it. Progress is not always a heavier bar. For a lot of our members, winning means carrying groceries without pain, keeping up with their kids, or staying mobile and independent at 70. We track what matters to you, not a generic benchmark.

Ready to stop starting over and actually get stronger?

The first step is a tour. About an hour. No obligation. Come see what training that actually works looks like.
